These system integrators (SIs) have become key partners in helping companies simplify the integration of our network APIs. Tecalis, strengthens security in Fintech apps through device authentication; Deloitte has worked on geolocation systems to solve potential legal issues related to the broadcasting of audiovisual content; and NTT Data has created a more effective AI-driven financial risk analysis solution. These integrators have collaborated with Telefónica Open Gateway to develop new digital solutions and provide their customers with more secure, agile and efficient services.
Goals
Systems integrators allow companies from different industries to implement Telefónica Open Gateway’s network APIs to offer distinctive services and solutions. For example, enhancing security in cashback platforms, protecting the broadcast of audiovisual content on public television, or improving financial risk analysis.
Results
Together with Tecalis, we integrated the SIM Swap API to ensure that the phone number associated with a customer is legitimate and has not been manipulated, and the Number Verification API to confirm that the device used for registration matches the customer’s number, improving the security of the application and protecting users against potential fraud. With Deloitte, we implemented the Location Verification API to obtain more accurate data on the location of users’ mobile devices to solve potential legal issues such as broadcasting content in specific regions. Finally, with NTT Data, we have used all these tools to gain user insights and achieve more accurate financial risk analysis.
