Session description
The new workplace must not only be flexible, simple, agile and adapted to the specific needs of the employee’s role, but it must also be able to increase employee satisfaction by improving the user experience. To achieve this, it is essential to rely on the new opportunities offered by the application of Artificial Intelligence to the customer service process through Virtual Assistants for the employee. In addition, we will see how the ability to measure the degree of employee satisfaction allows us to make decisions for improvement in real time.
