Maintaining an adequate level of security is everyone’s job, including our customers’. We expect our customers to use the contracted services in accordance with the law and the stipulations of the “Acceptable Use Policy” included in the contract.
In the company we have viable technical measures that, in compliance with legislation, try to minimise the negative impact caused on the service provided to our customers, either by actions or activities with illicit purposes or effects, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or because they may in any way damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the services, computer equipment, as well as all kinds of content or prevent its normal use by other customers and other users of the Internet community.
Many of our customers and users help us to improve our services by making them more secure and reliable or by identifying activities with anti-security purposes or effects.
