Through Telefónica Group’s Diversity and Inclusion Policy, we express our firm commitment to equal opportunities and non-discriminatory treatment of people in all areas of our Company. The policy has a global scope and emanates from our Responsible Business Principles.

This Policy is supported by the Global Diversity Council, consisting of senior executives, whose aim is to promote and monitor the Company’s diversity strategy, guaranteeing multiculturalism, a variety of genders, profiles and experiences among our professionals. In addition, we have a Chief Diversity Officer, who is responsible for coordinating the Group’s diversity and inclusion strategy.
