Telefónica has been honoured at the 2022 Awards for Excellence and Innovation in Legal Project Management granted by the International Institute of Legal Project Management (IILPM).
Specifically, the company has been distinguished with the Award for Excellence and Innovation in an In-house Legal Department for its project to launch transparency centres on privacy and contracts in multiple operators of the group. This award recognises Telefónica’s general secretariat in relation to the implementation of legal project management methodologies and their application in projects that make legal interactions more human.
The International Institute of Legal Project Management (IILPM) is an organisation focused on training and disseminating legal project management (LPM) and legal process improvement (LPI) with the aim of improving the delivery and operation of legal services, both by law firms and corporate counsel. Following this purpose, the IILPM Awards recognise organisations that have innovated or made major contributions in Legal Project Management to contribute to the transformation of service delivery and improve the experience received and perceived by clients and users of legal services.
