I have been with Telefónica since July 2007, working as a project manager, first in communications projects until 2019, when I joined TSO as project manager, a very happy moment for me, after many years of being a bit cold, to be honest. In 2022 I moved to Telefónica Soluciones, something I had always dreamed of and which I finally achieved.

Is there any project at Telefónica that you feel particularly satisfied with or proud of?

I am more than proud of the projects. I remember with special affection the first projects I took on, such as Bankinter, STL, where I was nervous in the client meetings, and I almost studied them like an exam, and the support of my colleagues helping me in those first steps.

What do you think Telefónica has contributed to society?

Many things, above all on a human level, being able to be closer to your loved ones, even when you are far away, with a phone call or a video call. The most complicated moments, such as those brought on by COVID, were made much more bearable by being connected to the people we love. That’s when you appreciate what’s really important.

Where do you see Telefónica in the future?

Where it has always been, being one of the most important and strategic companies in the country, because Telefónica has wonderful people who can make it possible.

Could you live without a mobile phone?

Not really, I don’t consider myself an addict either …. but that’s what addicts say, isn’t it?

I think it has many advantages and makes it easier for us in many ways, but it bothers me that it is used while we are having a drink with friends or family… At home it is not used while we are at the table, for example.

Help us solve one of the great enigmas of humanity: the potato omelette… With onion or without onion?

For me with onion, but the important thing for me is the one my mother makes with red onion and potatoes from my father’s garden and free-range hen’s eggs, but from the real one. …. With many metres per hen.
