As Telefónica’s People team, we are very pleased to receive the LinkedIn 2021 Best Employer Brand award.

We appreciate this recognition, which shows that we are doing things well, putting people at the center of our strategy.

In the last year our account on this network has grown exponentially in terms of views, followers and interactions, which shows the interest in Telefónica. We are a company with a powerful and well-established employer brand in the technology sector and the digital world, something that has great value when it comes to attracting and retaining the best talent.

The interest in the content we publish around technology and talent development, the increase in followers and the promotion of internal mobility are the main criteria that LinkedIn has considered when issuing its assessment.

For us, LinkedIn is one of the company’s main information channels and is a priority in our strategy to connect with talent. Because when we connect talent we are capable of doing  amazing things.

In 2021 we received double recognition from LinkedIn, as in April we were occupied the 3th poition in the list of the Top 25 Companies in Spain, which, for the first time, published this classification of the best companies to work for. 

This ranking is based on data from the platform itself, which allows it to identify companies capable of attracting qualified professionals, retaining their employees, and preparing them for success in the job market.

And the year could not have ended better for us.
