How long have you been with Telefónica and how would you rate your time at Telefónica?

In November I will celebrate 10 years at Telefónica and I would describe my time at Telefónica as extremely enriching, varied and instructive.

The telecommunications industry is constantly changing and we are part of it. I especially appreciate the opportunity to participate in exciting projects and work with great colleagues.

Is there a project at Telefónica that you are particularly happy or proud of?

I think our campaigns on diversity and democracy are great, it’s very rewarding that we have such a clear stance against hate, division and exclusion.

At Telefónica we have a diversity of people from different cultures and we are proud of that.

What contribution do you think Telefónica has made to society?

The promotion of digital education, rapid support in crisis regions, educational work on the Internet, regular participation in volunteer campaigns, expansion of the network, initiatives on the subject of inclusion and strong positioning with regard to diversity.

All projects have a positive impact on society. Overall, Telefónica is making a significant contribution to improving people’s quality of life and leading society towards a connected and sustainable future.

Where do you see Telefónica in the future?

I see Telefónica as a leading telecommunications company in the field of digital innovation and a pioneer in sustainable business practices.

Could you live without a mobile phone?

For most people today, the mobile phone is an indispensable tool for communication and information, both professional and private

I am always grateful and also fascinated by what can be done with the smartphone today. Pay, organise or simply take beautiful pictures.

On weekends and also holidays, I consciously try to put the mobile phone away.

Help us to solve one of the great mysteries of mankind: the potato omelette… With or without onions?

It’s a matter of personal taste! Some people prefer the omelette with onions to give it more flavour, while I prefer it without onions.

I nominate Christine Stoll, also from Telefónica Germany.

In #Thespanishomelettething tag section we interview Telefónica’s employees on a variety of topics, while trying to solve one of humanity’s greatest dilemmas.
