What is agile methodology?
The agile methodology is used in software development and other high-performance projects. It focuses on the rapid implementation of an efficient and flexible team to plan the workflow. Agile offers the ability to select the best option in each situation without compromising project results.

What is our mission in my area?
Our vision as a team is to drive agile transformation at all levels of the organisation to reach the highest level of maturity. We strive to be the reference in agility in all Telefónica Group Operators. And I hope we will achieve this, little by little.
We strive every day to have an open attitude towards change, continuous improvement, a firm commitment, always with the capacity to execute. We are committed to providing agile and efficient solutions to our internal customers, to help them adapt quickly to market challenges.
My team believes that agility is not just a process, but a mindset and culture. Our approach is based on collaboration, transparency and adaptability to achieve competitive advantage through agility.
My background
I am a mother of two wonderful children, nature-loving, optimistic and consistent. My leadership style is based on empathy, respect, active listening and negotiation for conflict resolution, and I have always tried to reconcile my work with my personal life.
In my day-to-day work in the company, I bring knowledge, experience and tools to the units and employees of Telefonica Venezuela. Above all, in process optimisation, audits of environmental management systems under ISO 14001 standards and agile ways of working.
What I value most is commitment, achievement orientation and teamwork, which I have experienced throughout my 20-year career in different types of organisations. This has allowed me to acquire a wide range of knowledge, skills and experiences, as well as to strengthen the ability to work in teams, project management and ways of working under methodologies of simplifying processes and agility to achieve objectives.
