How long have you been at Telefónica and what is your assessment of your time here?

Started in 2005 for the brand “Alice” with HanseNet as an agent in Customer Service. Later we became part of the Telefónica family. I remained loyal to Customer Service. Since 2013 I have been assistant to the management at the site in Rostock.

My daily business is very varied and multifaceted. Telefónica always encourages me to change my perspective. That’s refreshing! I really enjoy working in my team for an innovative and modern company like Telefónica.

Is there any project at Telefónica that you feel particularly satisfied or proud of?

I can’t name a specific project at this point. I’ve been through a lot of changes and have never felt more at home at Telefónica than I do now. It’s fun and there are so many good things happening here on so many levels. 🙂 That makes me satisfied and very proud!

What do you think Telefónica has contributed to society?

Telefónica connects so many people – literally.

Many employees who work at Telefónica bring an incredible amount of energy and passion to their daily work. So everyone makes their contribution to society for and with Telefónica.

Where do you see Telefónica in the future?

At the TOP of the telco branch!

Could you live without a cell phone?

Clearly – no! I don’t always like the fact that I can’t do without it. And then again I am very grateful that I can be part of these developments in the Telefónica family.

Help us solve one of the great enigmas of humanity: the potato omelette… With onion or without onion?

I think it will be better with onions.

In #Thespanishomelettething tag section we interview Telefónica’s employees on a variety of topics, while trying to solve one of humanity’s greatest dilemmas.
