How long have you been with Telefónica and what is your assessment of your time here?

I have been with the company for 13 years now, and this time has helped me to grow as a professional and as a person. I started when I was very young and I have been part of the great evolution that corporate communication has undergone during this time, from conventional newsletters and simple text-based websites to multi-channel use and the appearance of social networks.

Is there any project at Telefónica that you feel particularly satisfied with or proud of?

I remember adapting the website to the new Brand that was launched in 2021. It was a very challenging project, there was little time and very few people were involved due to confidentiality issues. They were very intense days of work but finally, on the day of the launch, our channels and institutional corporate websites were 100% adapted to the new look&feel with the same spirit that had been designed by the Brand team.

What do you think Telefónica has contributed to society since its inception?

Something very simple but fundamental: the possibility of connecting. In one way or another, (calls, sms, or web applications) this connection has made it possible to feel close to our loved ones regardless of the distance between us.

Where do you see Telefónica in the future?

I think it could become a benchmark as a technology company.

Could you live without a mobile phone?

I can’t imagine it right now as I use it daily for a multitude of tasks, but if I had to give a categorical answer I would say yes. I am from a generation (already a bit vintage) that grew up without mobile phones and I know that life without them is possible, although the readaptation would be very hard.

Help us to solve one of the great enigmas of humanity: the potato omelette… With or without onion?

With onion always, of course, and those who say the opposite don’t like onion and their answer is conditional.
