Are you working on a project that needs a boost? Do you have a startup and want to validate your business idea? If you feel identified, you probably heard that artificial intelligence (AI) can be your great ally to shape your projects and move forward with the tweaks you are looking for. AI works as an engine of innovation, inspiring us in our own projects or business ideas.
From the moment we have an idea until we materialise it, there is a lot of work to do. While we are aware that AI tools can help us, we don’t always know where to start. Maybe you feel you don’t have enough time to explore and take the first step.
A helping hand in social media
On the other hand, Instagram, Telegram and TikTok keep showing us fabulous tools. However, when it comes to using some of them, they may not be as intuitive or after a few hours they invite you to make a payment in order to continue.
Throughout my journey accompanying entrepreneurs or leading my own projects, I have learned that each part of the process requires a lot of validation, whether with clients, suppliers or my own work team, and that takes effort and dedication.
To begin with, it is important to have a clear list of needs, as if it were a grocery list, detailed and prioritised: logo, website, social networks (videos, audios), etc. We won’t get everything in one place, but it’s good to have options.
Tools
I like to think in three initial dimensions: text, images and audio or video. To get you started, here are some of my favourite tools:
- Text: You can start with ChatGPT or Copilot. Both interfaces are very user-friendly and, as they say, practice makes perfect. The more you interact, the more they will adjust to your needs.
- Images: To design possible logos for your projects, try Leonardo IA. It has a bank of predesigned images from which you can copy their prompt and enlarge them according to your needs. Canvas has its magic, but the others are doing a great job too.
- Websites: If you’re looking to create a website, even if it’s just a template and then develop your own, I recommend Landingsite.ai. It has a great variety of templates to get you started.
- Voiceover: If your social networks need a voiceover, visit Murf.ai, where you’ll have several free options that you’re sure to have fun with.
- Videos: If you’d like to make a video, you can use the default ones from Fliki.ai or even upload your own images.
All of these tools are available and have some free options. It is important to know that some of them have a daily quota of interactions, you can also find some pages that show you and group several tools in one screen. With all these options available, you and your team will be able to better shape the original idea and have a mock-up of the original idea in just a few clicks.
These tools help us to make more concrete requests to our design or content providers. Although we know that they are not the only ones, the reality is that they are changing and advancing at a dizzying pace. I encourage you to use some of them and to share what you learn with those around you who you think might find them useful.
Developing a project requires networking, momentum and collective knowledge. If many of us encourage each other and share learning, your project will surely shine much brighter and the impact will be enormous.
Generative AI models
Generative AI models can help us develop new skills. Every day, we see new models appearing and this can radically change the potential and use.
I encourage you to try to incorporate new tools and, as a game, add different options to your toolbox, which will undoubtedly boost your own and your team’s continuous learning.
Incorporate into your project models that not only make productivity more efficient, but also serve as a trigger to boost creativity and make repetitive tasks more efficient, those that can bore us or take us out of focus.
Put your project through a continuous process of digital transformation and watch it flourish in a more human and connected world.
