The Spanish Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism organizes the Connected Industry 4.0 Congress, for the second consecutive year, to address the great challenges of the digital transformation of the industry, the latest trends in technology and its implementation in different sectors.
Several companies committed to this phenomenon will participate in the slot devoted to “CEOs at the digital transformation“, as in the case of Telefónica with Emilio Gayo, president of Telefónica España. Other collaborating entities, such as AENOR, Indra, Siemens or SIRO will also take part in the debate.
In addition, the event will host eight thematic spaces, among which is the Telefónica room about “The end of the production chain” to analyze the role of the IoT (Internet of Things) in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and how this technology will change our way of producing to achieve more predictive, personalized, efficient and ecological processes. The conversation will be moderated by Agustín Cárdenas, Director Transformation and Business at Telefónica, and speakers from the Antolín Group, Grupo Gestamp and Conesa will share their thoughts on the matter.
