I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, developing my career in Telefónica. My mission is to attract, select and incorporate the best talent for the company, from interns to executives. In my current position, as Talent Recruitment and Employer Branding Manager at Telefónica Spain, I manage the complete on boarding function of candidates, ensuring a smooth, efficient and satisfactory experience for them and for the organisation.

My passion is people and I am motivated to contribute to their professional and personal growth. To this end, I apply my skills in team leadership, communication, negotiation, innovation and customer focus.
