Paula Monteleone

She started working as a scholarship holder while she was studying Business Administration at UADE (Universidad Argentina de la Empresa-Uade

She worked as a customer service representative, and dreamed of working in the Quality area, which she got years later. He was part of the Young Professionals programme in La Semana del Emprendizaje, Toledo, Spain.

He audited all the customer service channels in Argentina, seeking international certification in Customer Experience for each customer contact channel, which in turn allowed him to learn about all the operations in Latin America, both his own and those of third parties.

He made an international rotation to Venezuela in 2008.

She led several Digital Transformation projects, and became an Agile Coach.

For the last 5 years, from the Public Affairs team, she has been coordinating the Telefónica Open Future programme, which arises from partnerships with governments and institutions, seeking the development of new digital ecosystems.

Paula also holds a Master’s degree in Institutional Communications Management and works as a speaker and project coach/mentor.

She is restless and passionate about new technologies, lives in Buenos Aires, and has a little dog called Lucrecia.
