    • In her career as a sales representative, she has the experience of having actively participated in the creation of the first pilot office for companies in Sabadell, and later managed portfolios of preferential customers in Barcelona.

      For personal and professional reasons, he moved to Santander where he soon joined the Online Channel customer service, through forms, web mails and video calls.

      It was there that she had her first contact with social networks, participating and helping customers and users in external forums, on behalf of Movistar, obtaining several awards for this work. Since then, she has been working hand in hand with her tandem @jelenstone and with Movistar Spain's networks.

      Outside the office, she is passionate about motorbikes and animals, especially her dog Attila.
