My name is Jennifer Machado, I am an Industrial Engineer by profession, I contribute to the agile transformation of the organisation's units, providing knowledge, experience and tools to the units and employees of Telefonica Venezuela in process optimisation, audits of environmental management systems under ISO 14001 standards and agile ways of working.
Mother of two wonderful children, nature lover, optimistic and constant. My leadership style is based on empathy, respect, active listening and negotiation for conflict resolution.
I value commitment, achievement orientation and teamwork, which I have experienced throughout 20 years of career in different types of organisations, which has allowed me to acquire a broad background in knowledge, skills and experiences, as well as to strengthen teamwork skills, project management and ways of working under methodologies of simplification of processes and agility for the achievement of objectives.
