Elena started her career at Telefónica almost at the same time as the first Movistar Spain website was launched, and for a few years she worked on the creation of content for the website, online marketing and the first forays into online personalisation.
In 2009 he actively participated in the launch of the first forum for customer service, which was the seed for the "exit" to social networks, and since then until now he has focused his activity on helping customers who access these media, hand in hand with Monica @lamarcianademarte, his tandem, obtaining several awards for it.
Outside the office, she tries to keep fit playing paddle tennis and is passionate about animals, being a large family of dogs.
