I started in 2005 for the “Alice” brand with HanseNet as a customer service agent. Later we became part of the Telefonica family. I remained loyal to Customer Service. Since 2013 I have been an assistant to the management at the Rostock location.
My daily activity is very varied and multifaceted. Telefónica always encourages me to change my perspective - that's refreshing! I really enjoy working in my team for an innovative and modern company like Telefónica.
