Beatriz Flores

I have a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and an eMBA Master's from the UPM. I currently work in the Product Marketing area for Large Clients at Telefónica de España as the person in charge of External Communication for clients and Digital Strategy, also coordinating the Telefónica Empresas Grandes Clientes website project.

Throughout my professional career at Telefónica I have worked in areas geared towards the B2B segment: in the CAC at the beginning (Customer Service Centre), later forming part of the Demonstration Centre project (first in front of the Puerta de Alcalá, and later at our corporate headquarters in Distrito Telefónica in Madrid), and since then coordinating Product Marketing communication, ‘translating’ technology into customer language, helping to explain the benefits of the technology. And as fate would have it, I have now returned to the ‘demonstration centre’ which has now become our technological inspiration space LaCabina, as part of the cross-disciplinary team that leads customer communication in Key Account Product Marketing.
