Alejandra Alonso is Head of AI & Digital Services Sustainability. Her responsibility is to work with different areas of the company - ESG, Compliance, Innovation, … to encourage the company's AI and Digital P&S practices to be environmentally responsible and socially ethical, aligned with key regulations such as dual materiality and the EU AI Act.
With over 20 years of industry experience, she has held leadership roles in AI product development, digital marketing and business management.
Alejandra is also an active contributor to international organisations. She recently collaborated with the GSMA to develop the Responsible AI Maturity Roadmap initiative to promote the ethical and responsible use of AI in the industry.
